Rami has had over 20 years of experience in Banking, Telecom and BPO. He established and was the founder of the first BPO in Jordan where he served financial, telecom and government clients including Jordan Commercial Bank, Jordan Dubai Islamic Bank, Etihad Bank, Orange Mobile, Landmark Group and the National Operations of Jordan. He then acquired BPO clients in the GCC through his role as CCO at Silah Gulf including McDonalds, Qatar Airways and Viva Enterprise. He also was a senior consultant with Accenture in Saudi Arabia managing PMO projects for Riyadh Bank and Al-Rajhi Bank. He also had the position of CEO of the wholesale business of Virgin Mobile Middle East and Africa across the region.
Rami has a Six Sigma Green belt, is a thought leader on BPO and Telecom and was on the board of BPO associations in the region. As the CEO of Gulf CX, Rami has recruited and is building a culture that will foster innovation and productivity to deliver unparalleled experiences for Gulf CX clients for years to come.
